Discover how to cook a three-course French meal with Dominique and Séverine who were born and grew up in France - where cooking is an art and an important part of daily life. Both learned how to cook in the family kitchen at a young age. They never stopped learning, developing their skills and sharing them. Coming from different parts of France, they have combined the traditions and recipes from their home regions and now offer to share with you their passion for French cuisine.
How to prepare the following courses will be demonstrated:
1. Gougères/Pastry puffs
2. Suprêmes de poulet au vin pétillant et poêlée de champignons/Chicken breasts cooked in sparkling wine and sauted mushrooms
3. Tarte Tatin/Tatin tart
