Eau Claire's paint and wine experience is hitting the road and setting up at Forage in Banbury Place! Wine and Whimsy is a 2 to 2.5-hour workshop with friends, a canvas and wine. An instructor will guide you through the painting of your very own masterpiece.
If you have always wanted to learn to paint, but don't know where to begin, this is the experience for you. If you know how to paint, and want to have some fun and maybe learn some new techniques, this is for you. Everything you need is provided to create a work of art - and you take your painting home at the end of the night.
Open to the public. The $45 admission includes all supplies, wine and light munchies. Interested in making a donation to Wildlands School? There will be a donation jar available. Please give generously!

Wildlands School is a project-based research school located on Beaver Creek Reserve in Fall Creek. Wildlands has 60 students in grades 7-12 that allows students to earn credit through real-world, hands-on experiences, putting students in the driver's seat of their education. Our goal at Wildlands is to always provide our students with an educational, fun, and unique opportunity to enrich our learning outside of the normal classroom.
As part of the diversified curriculum at Wildlands, and the flexibility to offer Wildlands students experiences they might not get at other schools, we have the opportunity to go to Washington DC this spring. While in DC, Wildlands students will embark on a journey through the Nation's Capital, and will have the opportunity to tour the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, WWII Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Capitol Hill, Holocaust Museum, Arlington National Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, and hopefully the White House. This trip to Washington DC is an amazing opportunity many students only dream of experiencing, and in order for us to be part of this adventure, students are spending the months leading up to the trip organizing and participating in various fundraising events to reduce the trip cost. The proceeds from the Wine and Whimsy event will be donated to reduce the cost of the trip for every student going.
