Savory, sweet, served at lunch or dinner, "quiches" and "tartes" are classics of French cuisine found in all bakeries and restaurants in France. After showing you how to make "quiche lorraine, " Dominique will guide you through the making of "flamiche" (leek quiche) and "tarte au maroilles" (cheese quiche), two specialties of Picardie. Séverine will show you how to make "tarte au citron" ( lemon) and "tarte au chocolat."
Participants will learn how to make various kinds of crust, and also how to make different basic fillings: eggs and cream, lemon, and ganache.
