French Soups with Dominique

Now that fall is settling in, Dominique will make some traditional French soups in the Forage kitchen. The first will be “potage Parmentier,” (leek and potato soup), followed by “soupe au pistou,” (zucchini, beans, tomatoes with pesto) and ending with a revisited “potée” (cabbage and sausage) that will appeal to the Wisconsin palate! Cost includes the two-and-a half hour practice (recipes will be handed out), appetizers, and a bowl of each soup.

Cost: $50.00

Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
