An Evening of French Cooking

Tired of the long winter in Wisconsin? Let Séverine and Dominique take you on a gourmet trip to southern France. The menu will consist of the three following courses :

  • Pissaladière (an unusual pizza that originated in Nice) 
  • Scallops à la Provençale 
  • Clafoutis (a traditional French baked dessert with fruit), flavored withMediterranean savors.  

Active participation encouraged!  Please note that this is not a sit-down meal.
