Want to make croissants together? Me too...but not just yet! Let's start with some basics of French baking.
We'll learn how to make:
- a base: an 'S' in pate à choux
- a classic: the Tuile, a delicate thin cookie
- a regional traditional cake: Far Breton, a specialty from Brittany.
We'll learn, taste, laugh, share, and have fun!
