Meet your ECC guides, Gena and Maddie, outside of the Eau Claire Downtown Farmer's Market at Phoenix Park at 11:45 to buy your own farm fresh ingredients for making freezer meals. At 12:45 you'll meet up with your guides again at Forage in Banbury Place, a short walk from the Farmer's Market. In the Forage kitchen you'll be provided everything you need to make your own freezer meal kits. As we cook, you'll get tastes of local jams, sauces, meats and cheeses - including a taste of the finished freezer meal! The fee covers two meal kits and food samples. A cash bar featuring locally made wines and beers will also be available.
