Tao's Kitchen: Cooking Vietnamese

Join us for the first-ever Vietnamese cooking class at Forage EC! Chef Thao Yohnk of Tao's Kitchen will bring her skills to Forage as she talks about her love of Vietnamese cuisine and shares a few of her recipes. The menu: 

Appetizer: Gỏi cuốn - nước chấm đậu phộng (Fresh spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce)

Main Course: Phở bò (Vietnamese beef noodles)

Dessert: Bánh flan nước cốt dừa (Flan cake with coconut milk and coffee)

We'll also sell glasses of Thai beer to compliment the meal.
