First Wednesday Wine Pairing

Chef Michelle is making soup for the Feed My People Food Bank’s annual Empty Bowls fundraiser on Thursday, March 7 at Florian Gardens. In recognition of that event our wine pairing will feature foods that are typically served in bowls. The menu:

Asian kale&cabbage salad with mandarin orange vinaigrette;
Chickpea curry stew;
Korean steak bulgogi bowl;
Coconut tapioca pudding with mango

The cost for the four-course meal and paired wines is $40. This is one of the best meal deals in the Chippewa Valley! Consider joining us for dinner, and then attend or volunteer at the Empty Bowls event.
