Join business owner Jill Keiser of Jill and Lilly’s homemade to experience a beginner level class in making a beautiful traditional Italian pasta! Those who sign up for our class will receive a lesson on building a semolina & water based pasta dough infused with either beet or spinach (red and green for the season). You will learn the basics of kneading, sheeting and shaping dough into various shapes such as a farfalle, strozzapreti, sorpresine and pappardelle noodles! To conclude our class we will collectively build an easy step marinara sauce (based off of a family recipe) and will sample some of our creations! Click here for more information or to register.
