However you'd like to celebrate Valentine's Day this year, Forage has the perfect event for you to spend time with those you love.
Our second annual Pre-Valentine's Day dinner will have two seatings and feature a three course prix-fixe menu set by Chef John:
First Course - Choose one:
- Chicken Meatball on top of fresh cavatelli with parmesan broth and preserved lemon
- A trio of root vegetable hummus with spent grain crackers and vegetables
Both options include a mixed green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, and your choice of chef’s vinaigrette or creamy herb dressing. Served with rustic leaven bread.
Entree - Choose one:
- Beef Wellington - Petite tenderloin wrapped in a buttery pastry with mushroom duxelle and kale aside whipped potatoes, roasted vegetable and beef jus.
- Salmon - Salmon filet wrapped in kale topped with pistachios aside braised lentils and vegetables and beurre noisette.
Dessert: Chocolate Tart with strawberries, toasted oat milk, and chef's ice cream
