Your hosts Tammie & Sara have each experienced first hand the benefits of food as medicine, helping to heal chronic illness or pain. In this class you’ll learn some tips and tricks to simply cook for optimum wellness using cost-effective ingredients. We’ll also discuss specific therapeutic diets and how we can utilize nutrition to combat disease and feel our best.
Our meals in this class will be entirely Plant-Based & Gluten Free. They will consist of a mild curry sauce which we will pair with vegetables & protein based on your specific dietary needs or preferences. For dessert a naturally sweetened chia pudding with delicious toppings that could also easily pass for breakfast the next day.
Relax with a drink and enjoy our two course meal with your new foodie friends! Doors open at 5:30pm, class begins as 6pm.
