4th: Short Ribs- Braised Short Ribs, white beans, green harissa, pomegranate, berbere sheep’s milk cheese. Beer- Eastside Dark Bavarian Dark Lager
5th: Dessert- Lemon spent grain tart, apricot ice cream, hop infused whipped cream. Beer- Bierzeit German-Style Kolsch
