If you’ve ever wondered about fermented vegetables or how to make them. We will be learning how to prepare Kimchi and other Asian flavored inspired pickled vegetables. Chef John Bender of Kitchen Technique will also be providing you with recipes.
Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun.
Arrive at 5pm for pre-class drinks and to get settled before class runs 5:30-6:30pm.
