Kitchen Technique has paired up again with local wine expert William Bernier. Chef John Bender (owner of Kitchen Technique) has created a multi course dinner menu paired with wines from a variety of regions. Kitchen Technique brings passion and proficiency for food in a unique dining experience at Forage.
Doors open at 5pm for cocktail hour, with the dinner beginning at 5:30pm.
Please note that this is a community dining event and you may be seated near others not in your party. Enjoy the conviviality of the evening!
MENU:
Course 1~ Risotto: Roasted squash, bacon, paprika chili oil, arugula
Course 2~ Mussels: Coconut Milk, lemongrass, galangal, lime leaf,
Course 3~Noodles: Chilled Soba Noodles, pistachios, avocado, basil, crispy tofu
Course 4~Pork: Coffee rubbed loin, peaches, sweet soy, sage
Course 5~Cheesecake: Greek yogurt, white chocolate, honey, and thyme
