A classic Forage wine dinner! Enjoy five courses and 3 wines while learning about the wines from William Bernier, the Eau Claire Wine Guy. Our chef for the evening is Chef John Bender with Kitchen Technique - if you've been to a Forage food event in the last few months, you've surely enjoyed his food!
Doors open at 5:30pm, with the dinner beginning at 6pm.
Please note that this is a community dining event and your group may be seated near others not in your party. Enjoy the conviviality of the evening!
MENU:
1st Course:
Spring Onion Tart: Ramp infused pastry, triple onion soubise, celery, sage
2nd Course:
Peterson Craft Meats lamb, golden raisins, pepitas, tarragon, cardamom yogurt, Hungarian paprika oil, chive oil
3rd Course:
Organic Semolina Raviolis, sunchoke filling, asparagus, fresh made ricotta, lemon, chervil
4th Course:
Peterson Craft Meats Veal Chops, herbed polenta, mustard, pesto
5th Course:
Spiced chocolate cake, rhubarb and strawberry sauce, coconut milk ice cream
