We will be featuring the art of making traditional Italian style pasta. Including subjects such as; types/shapes, recipes, and history. Attendees will be making their own pasta to take home as well as enjoy a delicious made pasta dish from chef John Bender. Doors open at 5:30, class begins at 6:00. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets are $60 each and can be purchased here.
Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on proper preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence and have fun while learning!
