We will be featuring the art of making Italian-style pasta. Including subjects such as; types/shapes, recipes, and history. As well as making your own pasta to take home, enjoy delicious fresh-made pasta from Chef John Bender. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class.
