Join Chef John Bender as he teaches how to make pierogis! Here is what he says about this class, “In this class we will be preparing traditional pierogies. Each attendee will be learning how to make their own dough, rollout, and fill their own pierogies and then how to cook them. We will be preparing them with a variety of traditional fillings. Pierogies are very near and dear to my heart. My grandfather used to tell stories to me of his mother making them when he was a child.” Tickets are $75 each available here!
Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
