Pre-Valentine's Day Dinner by Kitchen Technique

Enjoy a delicious dinner for two in the elegant ambiance of Forage! Chef John Bender, owner of Kitchen Technique, has created a tantalizing menu that you won’t want to miss! Tickets include dinner for two, with each person choosing an appetizer and entree from the menu listed below. Seating for two or four is available.

Limited tickets are available, order yours here!

Doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner begins at 6:30. Beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Hors d'œuvre choice of:

Beet Cured Salmon, creamy cucumbers, and herbs

Squash- roasted in spices, carrot gnocchi, pumpkin seeds, yogurt

Salad:

Kale Salad, apples, parmesan reggiano, creamy dijon dressing

Entree choice of:

Beef Wellington- petite filet mignon, au gratin potato, asparagus, sauce Robert

Salmon- Pan Seared, new potato, asparagus, creamy lemon horseradish sauce

Pasta: Ricotta filled ravioli, asparagus, and squash, buerre monte, herbs

Dessert:

Dark and white chocolate mousse, berries, spiced cake crumb
