Kitchen Technique has paired up again with local wine expert William Bernier to bring you a taste of South America! Chef John Bender (owner of Kitchen Technique) has created a multi course dinner menu paired with premium wines from South America for a unique spin on our traditional wine dinner.
Doors open at 5pm for cocktail hour, with the dinner beginning at 5:30pm.
Please note that this is a community dining event and you may be seated near others not in your party. Enjoy the conviviality of the evening!
MENU:
1st Course
Salad
Hearts of Palm, quinoa, heirloom tomatoes, olives, avocado, vinegar, and olive oil.
Wine: Santa Rita’s 120 Reserve Especial Chardonnay
Table Sauces-
Chimichurri Sauce, Crema, Salsa Criolla Peruana, *Mirasol Pepper Sauce, Ajilimojili Sauce.
2nd Course
