Enjoy a fun and interactive workshop as Northwoods Grazing teaches you how to style and create a stunning charcuterie board for you to take home! We cover everything from how to choose your ingredients, how to correctly fold salami, pairing suggestions, and more.

Class includes: 12” wooden cheese board, local cheeses, meats, and all additional accompaniments for creating the perfect board, a jar of locally harvested honey, a honey dipper, step-by-step guidance, and so much more!

Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
