In this class students will be learning about the different varieties of egg rolls from around the world. Then making their own egg rolls with various ingredients, styles of wrappers, and dipping sauces provided by Kitchen Technique.
Kitchen Technique will provide a small taste of a certain variety of egg roll and dipping sauce at the start of the class for everyone to enjoy. Then students will create their own egg roll varieties to eat and take home. Kitchen Technique will be providing educational information and ingredients from areas such as; Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnamese, and American Chinese.
The objective of this class is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun.
Come at 5:30pm for pre-class drinks and get settled. Class runs 6-7:15pm
