This class will be featuring a look inside the world of potstickers and dumplings. We are going to learn the art of making potstickers with the class and then enjoy eating them as well! Kitchen Technique is an educational forum focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun.

Arrive at 5pm for pre-class drinks and to get settled before class runs 5:30-6:30pm. Masks are strongly encouraged.
