March Wine Dinner (SOLD OUT)

Kitchen Technique has paired up again with local wine expert William Bernier. Chef John Bender (owner of Kitchen Technique) has created a 5 course dinner menu paired with wines from a variety of regions. Kitchen Technique brings passion and proficiency for food in a unique dining experience at Forage.

Doors open at 5pm for cocktail hour, with the dinner beginning at 5:30pm.

Please note that this is a community dining event and you may be seated near others not in your party.

MENU

1st Course: LAMARCA PROSECCO

  • Fresh Yellow Corn tortillas, chorizo, chihuahua, egg yolk

2nd Course: GAZELA VINHO VERDE WHITE

  • Bibb lettuce cups, shrimp, pickled vegetables, peppers, pineapple

3rd Course: PRIMOSOLE PINOT GRIGIO (ORGANIC)

  • Semolina Pasta, soubise, parmesan reggiano, fine herbs

4th Course: SILK & SPICE RED

  • Jerk rubbed braised beef, lentils, bitter greens, squash, ancho chili

5th Course: CHATEAU SOUVERAIN CABERNET SAUVIGNON (BOURBON BARREL AGED VINTAGE)

  • Fried churro, cinnamon & palm sugar, salted caramel ice cream, dark chocolate
