This class will be featuring a look inside the world of potstickers and gyoza!

We are going to learn the art of making potstickers with the class and then enjoying them as well. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class.
