A classic Forage wine dinner! Enjoy five courses and 3 wines while learning about the wines from William Bernier, the Eau Claire Wine Guy. Our chef for the evening is the one and only Chef Michelle Thiede!
Doors open at 5:30pm for cocktail hour, with the dinner beginning at 6pm.
Please note that this is a community dining event and your group may be seated near others not in your party. Enjoy the conviviality of the evening!

1st Course:
Shaved potato "medley" of chips / roasted ramp dip/ crostini / green pea whipped goat cheese
2nd Course:
Vegetarian Spring Minestrone Soup w/Pecorino cheese
3rd Course:
Asparagus / lentil / greens/ radish/ roasted potato/ soft boiled egg / peppered goat cheese/ dijon vinaigrette
4th Course (Entree):
Orzo/ greens/ roasted ramps/ mushrooms/ cream with garlic chili crunch lamb and pork meatballs

5th Course (Dessert):
Strawberry Rhubarb compote / vanilla bean whip/ lemon pound cake
