Eggs! In this class Chef John Bender will lead you in exploring one of the most underrated and most versatile ingredients in everyone’s kitchen. We’ll be discussing various cooking techniques in preparing eggs and a variety of recipes.
An introduction in an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence in the ambiance of Forage while having fun!
