We will be taking a deep dive into the wonderful world of masa, tacos, and some salsa/pepper varieties. You’ll be learning how to make your own tacos with a variety of types of masa, even grinding your own heirloom corn from Mexico. Then you’ll be enjoying your own creations! Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly, acquainting each other with the theme of this class. And to have some fun!

Tickets are $75/each available here! Doors open at 5:30pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
