We will be featuring the art of making traditional Italian style pasta, including subjects such as: types/shapes, recipes, and history. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on proper preparations, culinary technique, origins/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. The objective is to educate in the pursuit for excellence and to have fun while learning.

Tickets are $75 available here. Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
