In this class we'll be discussing the elements of sourdough, we're talking yeast and bacteria. Then you will be creating your own sourdough starter from scratch from a choice of a variety of ingredients. And of course we'll be tasting some various styles of bread and discussing recipes. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum where we focus on the preparation, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. And having fun too!
