We will be taking a deep dive into the wonderful world of masa, tacos, and some salsa varieties. We’ll also be conversing about different food regions of Mexico. You'll be learning how to make your own tacos with a variety of types of masa. Then you’ll be trying a variety of fresh salsas. You’ll also get to enjoy your creations! Kitchen Technique is an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class…. And to have some fun!!
