In this class we will be discussing the elements of sourdough as well as making your own loaf of bread. You will create your own sourdough starter from scratch from a choice of a variety of ingredients. We will taste some various styles of bread and discuss recipes. Kitchen Technique is an educational forum where we're focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class. And having fun too!
Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets are $75 each and are available here!
