“We will discuss the origin of sushi, how to prepare sushi rice, different types of sushi rolls, and most important learning to roll sushi rolls. I will be providing each student with their own sushi mat, a container of uncooked sushi rice, sushi vinegar, wasabi, nori and chopsticks. Then we will be preparing sushi rolls with various vegetables and enjoying them in the classroom setting.
