We will be taking a deep dive into the wonderful world of masa, tacos, and various salsas.

You’ll be learning how to make your own tacos with a variety of types of masa. Then you’ll make your own fresh salsa and of course you’ll be enjoying your creations.

Kitchen Technique in an educational forum; focusing on the preparations, culinary technique, origin/history, and most importantly acquainting each other with the theme of this class.

Come at 5:30pm for pre-class drinks and get settled. Class runs 6-7:15pm
