Join Tammie (Happy Belly Foodies) and Lori (Forage) for a non-traditional, harvest-themed meal prep class! We will be roasting chickens and fall vegetables, showing different meals you can make with just a few prepped items! In class we’ll be preparing chicken, sweet potato and black bean quesadillas and cilantro lime rice bowls with chicken, sweet potatoes, and black beans*. You will also get some delicious food to take home!
*These recipes are gluten-free and can easily be prepared as vegetarian entrees. Please let us know of any dietary requests when purchasing your ticket so we can plan accordingly!
